The Founder
Levé is a homage to the culture that raised me.
As a first-generation American, I grew up attempting to balance two worlds—one where I was hustling to achieve the 'American Dream', and another where I was taught to appreciate life's simple pleasures.
In America, everything moves quickly—meals, work, conversations. But on my parents' small island in the Azores, Portugal, life unfolds at a very different rhythm.
There, in a little village by the ocean, conversation amongst neighbors linger in a cafe, Fado music hymns through cobblestone streets, and sunset signals the beginning, not the end, of an evening. I can still taste the fresh seafood my grandfather caught that day, lovingly prepared by my grandmother. I can hear the clinking of glasses as another "Saúde!" echoes out a window.
I created Levé to bottle this nostalgic Western European way of living. Levé is timeless wellness for the modern world, knowing that true luxury isn't about what you have, it's about having the space and time to experience all that life has to offer.
